In this Phlox Theme review we check out the many great features that Phlox has. I think they copied a bit from Divi and deliver more or less the same though Divi is of course in a class of its own. The Phlox Pro Theme is sold through their own website and also through another marketplace. It is also downloadable as a free version from Wordpress.org.

PHLOX THEME REVIEW: RATING
When we check Phlox's rating on Wordpress.org, we see that most raters gave 5 stars on a couple of haters after that. The image above also shows that the theme has now been installed on more than 40,002+ websites. That is a high number for a relatively new theme.
PHLOX THEME REVIEW: DEMOS
The Phlox theme offers a series of beautiful demos that can be installed with 1 click. The choice is already huge. I saw a list of 170+ demos that can be installed with 1 click. Phlox is a real Elementor Theme, so all these denos can be edited with Elementor. The theme also has no less than 40+ special Woocommerce demos, which is absolutely great.
The nice thing about demos is that you can make a quick start with them. The website is already but with the wrong photos and texts in principle. So place your logo in it, adjust texts and photos and you are well on your way to having your own site.
PHLOX THEME REVIEW: WEBSHOPS
I just said it, 40+ demos for webshops, amazing and very nice design. The theme is 100% compatible with Woocommerce and offers all possible features that are available for shops. I will soon put Phlox in my top 10 for webshop themes because it is really one of the best themes to build a shop with.

When we talk about the real shopping area, where shopping is paid, it looks very professional. Attention has been paid to this and you have all kinds of different of these beautiful layouts.

EDD Support, Amazon Vender, Quick View, Multi-Vendor, the Phlox Theme gives you it all and much more. Even for an elite theme it is not necessary to offer all this. Again, something they put a lot of effort into.
PHLOX: SPEED
The Phlox theme is one of the fastest themes out there for Wordpress, although it just doesn't make it to my list for fastest WP-themes. The bare theme with no extra plugins with just a well-configured cache plugin produced the result presented above. Of course you can optimize your website yourself for loading time. The Phlox theme is one of the best so called Elementor Themes out there. In addition, it also offers the well-known Bakery-Pagebuilder as an encore for free. Above is the Elementor pagebuilder in action in Phlox.

As for Portfolios, it's all beautiful too. With Phlox one can build a great portfolio website.

I can immediately say that I am impressed by the quality, the many features, and the many demos of Phlox. They really did their best to create a complete theme that works great and is suitable for every type of website and they succeeded. If you would buy their pro version, do so via their own site and not via Themeforest, that way they earn more and Themeforest is best avoided anyway because of suspicious practices.

In this Ultra Theme from the builder Themify we take a look at the main features and upgrades of this theme. It has been making rapid strides lately and this suggests that we are dealing with a very good theme here. Themify started a promotion in 2016 that is still valid today. ULTRA THEME REVIEW: 60+ DEMO'S
The Ultra themes has a collection of 60+ niche demo layouts. The Themify Builder offers an high amount of demo layouts, no less than 40+ Demos and is integrated in every Themify theme, so also in Ultra! Of course 40 demos are more than enough, but if you want 140+ more the Builder Pro is a good option. By the way, the Builder Pro is automatically included in the Master and Lifetime version for an additional cost of $ 30, so don't buy it separately. You then immediately have access to all their 48+ themes instead of just Ultra. A great offer!
ULTRA THEME REVIEW: WEBSHOPS
The Ultra theme offers a Woocommerce add-on and various shopping layouts but if you are going to build a shop then Themify's Shoppe Theme might be a better choice. It offers practically the same features but is more oriented towards E-commerce sites than Ultra. For the $30 surcharge, I would in any case opt for the Master package with 48+ which of course includes Ultra and Shoppe.

ULTRA THEME REVIEW: SPEED
The Ultra theme has very fast loading times and good SEO. In the speedtest result above, we used a good cache plugin and a fast server. The faster websites load, the better visitors stay engaged. This lowers your bounce rates and ensures that you are found better in Google (Google Rankbrain).
ULTRA'S PAGEBUILDER
The Ultra theme works with the page builder already briefly discussed above called Builder-Pro. Builder-Pro is free in every theme of Themify but the Builder-Pro can be ordered separately as a separate plugin to use it in competitor themes.
ULTRA'S BUILDER ADD-ONS
The Themify Builder comes standard with 12 additional add-ons that will make styling your pages easier. If you choose the Master option instead of a separate theme, you will lose $89 instead of $59, but you will not only have 25 Builder Addons but also immediately access to all 48+ themes from Themify, and the Builder Pro and more. many more extras. This is a perfect deal because all their themes are very good.
ULTRA THEME REVIEW: MEGAMENU
Mega menus give websites a good look and are fashionable. Ultra offers a variable mega menu where you can choose the number of columns and optionally use texts or images. This can be seen in the video below.
ULTRA'S IMAGE FILTERS
Ultra theme is equipped with a number of Image Filters so that it is not necessary to apply these kinds of things directly to images in a program like Photoshop. This saves a lot of time and if you want to apply a different filter later it is very easy as the original photo is not affected.
ULTRA'S SECTION SCROLLING
Above and below you can see Ultra's vertical and horizontal Section Scrolling at work. I believe I have never seen this feature in themes before. No idea what it's for, scrolling down seems just as good to me, but it sure looks nice.
ULTRA'S HEADER OPTIONS
Ultra offers a large number of standard header layouts. You can choose 1, 2, or 3 menus and their location. Also logo in the middle, left or right can be chosen. In addition, 6 header background options for the header: image, video, transparent, slider, animated color, and fixed color.
Ultra theme review: Conclusion
The Themify themes are very good to say the least. I would never pay $59 for a single theme but definitely go for the membership for $89 with all themes and extras as shown in the image below.
Themify Master is a complete collection of everything one will ever need to build beautiful websites super fast. Every web design agency should have this package in their arsenal. Phlox vs Ultra conclusion
First of all, thank you for reading this Ultra vs Phlox comparison to the end. Both Ultra and Phlox are very good themes, Phlox can do more, but Ultra has a much better loading time and beautiful designs. The better choice is of course Ultra since you get 48 other premium niche themes + a lot of plugins and photo material. Another big difference is of course that Ultra offers 2x longer support for its price (1 year vs ½ year) and can be used on as many sites as you want. All this for just an additional $30. Ultra is your theme! Make sure you order the Master version because otherwise you only have the one theme Ultra without the extras, not smart...
